First Design
Ok, the anatomy is a little off but I try to make it as good as I could. The colors, I just threw it in there, and as for the design, it is a winter-type of design. So thats why its has layers of clothing.
What do you guys think of it? Does it look a little irky? Does the color match? Need some sort of change or texture change at some part?

I think the color matches!!!!!!! But the overcoat is kind of big at the girl's wasit, and maybe a bit more gray?
i<3 the turtleneck. :) but is it like a turtleneck suit, cause like i see leggings the same color as the suit...
Lol at Kelly's comment for some reason. xD Anyway, I think your anatomy isn't that bad at all! It looks actually pretty nice to me, but of course, you can still improve a lot.
Now, about your outfit design.... It looks pretty good overall and the colors are just right for that time of the season, but something doesn't seem quite right.... Maybe you should show some frilly things on the inside of the coat opening, all around the coat flaps. (near the buttons and strings area). Or you could add something around the waist, like a belt or some strings.
