1. bark at it like a dog :D and chase it away and go AHAHAHA. <- under non-emergency circumstances
2. yeah. when i'm older i want to randomly pass out food/blankets/socks

2. Of course. Like to the salvation army and red cross. I dont' know about panhandling though...they say homeless people sometimes use it for drugs.
3. In my home or something? In my home, i'll try to put it out with water. somewhere else, i guess i would try to put it out and if the police comes i'll confess.

Do something about it.
1. If the cat's cute, I would pet it and hug/squeeze it, then take a picture with it.
2. I would so donate if I carried money with me. But you know me... I don't carry money out often. LOL. So it'll probably be rare for me to actually donate.
3. I would probably be scared and stand there looking at the fire for a few seconds. Then I would
call the pollice and frantically pour water on the fire while screaming "FIRE! FIRE! FIRE!!!!!! HELP!!!!" .
4. one: scream. two: calm down. three: think if 911 is necessary. four: do something.
